Circassian Walnut flat cut wood veneer heartwood ranges from lighter to darker browns with darker and irregular brown streaks. Medium texture with a nice natural luster. The grain is usually straight but can be irregular. Also has beautiful fiddleback figure.
Common Uses for Flat Cut Italian Walnut Wood Veneer: Acoustic panels, architectural panels, millwork and cabinetry, as well as doors, furniture and store fixtures.
Other Names: French Walnut, European Walnut.
The Tree: A tree native to Europe, reaching heights of 80-120 feet, with trunk diameters between 5-6 feet.
