Koa quarter cut wood veneer is a golden reddish-brown with darker brown streaks. Interlocked to wavy, sometimes curly grain. Also medium to finely textured and lustrous.

The Tree: Height varies but can reach 100 feet with trunk diameters between 3-4 feet.
