Sen Realtec flat cut wood veneer heartwood ranges from a beige yellow to a pale gray yellow, or greenish brown. The grain is generally straight and has a moderately coarse texture. Consistent fiddleback figure.
Common Uses for Flat Cut Sen Wood Veneer: Architectural panels, millwork, doors and furniture, as well as cabinetry. Sen’s elegant and soft light color is steadfast and doesn’t fade over time like other veneer species. Because of its consistency, Realtec is ideal for large jobs, as well as continuous production.
A Little History: Although Sen and Japanese Ash are sometimes seemingly interchangeable trade names, these species do belong to different families.
