Mozambique flat cut wood veneer heartwood is a mid-chocolate brown with grayish-black stripes. Interlocked grain; moderately coarse textured. Also has a nice natural luster.

The Tree: Regularly reaches heights of 95-150 feet, with trunk diameters usually around 2-3 feet.
